Multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended or closed without notice.
You are responsible for keeping your username and password secure. 160 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by your negligence in protecting your login details. User Responsibilities While Using the Platform
- Users must use the 160 platform solely for legitimate entertainment purposes and comply with all applicable laws.
- Use of automated software, bots, or any technical means to exploit the platform system is prohibited.
- Sharing or transferring accounts to any third party is prohibited.
- Users are fully responsible for the accuracy of personal and financial information provided during registration and transactions.
- Any attempts to cheat, manipulate the system, or abuse promotions will result in immediate action against the relevant accounts.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 160 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Our platform supports local payment methods including FPX, TNG e-Wallet, and major Malaysian online banks such as Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified during the transaction. Withdrawals are processed according to established procedures and subject to applicable minimum limits. 160 reserves the right to reject or delay any transaction suspected of fraud, money laundering, or terms violations.
Users are responsible for ensuring that banking or e-wallet information provided is accurate and up to date. 160 is not liable for delays or failures in transactions caused by incorrect information or issues with external payment providers.
Any bonuses or promotions credited to your account are subject to the specific terms applied during the respective campaign. Abuse of promotions may result in bonus cancellation and action taken against the account.
Suspension, Account Closure & Liability Limits

160 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time should there be a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, use of false information during registration, or any activity deemed harmful to the platform or other users. Users will be notified by their registered email if their account is suspended, except when active fraud investigations are involved.
Users wishing to voluntarily close their accounts can contact 160 support. Any valid credit balance will be refunded according to standard withdrawal procedures, subject to identity verification and no terms violations.
Platform Liability Limits
160 is not liable for any indirect losses, business damages, or harm arising from using or being unable to use the platform, including technical disruptions, internet connectivity failures, or third-party actions. 160’s total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user within the 30 days prior to the relevant claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law

All content on the 160 platform—including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software—is owned by 160 or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, or using any content without written permission from 160. Unauthorized commercial use of the 160 brand or trademarks is strictly forbidden.

The 160 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party service providers such as payment processors and game suppliers. 160 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third parties. Users are advised to review the respective third-party terms separately.
Applicable Laws
